Mary Kay Bennett, 91, of Lima, passed away at 6:40 a.m., Friday, June 10, 2016, in St. Rita’s Hospice. She was born Aug. 19, 1924, in Pandora, to Henry J. and M. Cathrin (DeVore) Miller who preceded her in death. On April 10, 1944, she married William C. Bennett, Jr., who preceded her in death on May 24, 1999.
Mrs. Bennett enjoyed oil painting.
Survivors include her daughter, Willa Kay (Larry) Zeigler of New Haven, IN, two grandsons and one great-grandson.
Funeral services will begin at 1 P.M on Tuesday in Siferd-Orians Funeral Home, with Pastor Rosie Lora from Allentown United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Harmon Cemetery, Gilboa.
Friends may call one half-hour prior to the start of the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the charity of the donor’s choice.
