Donna Lee Evearitt

Donna Lee Evearitt, age 69, passed away on July 21, 2024. Donna was the firstborn to parents Mary & Leo Rissanen in the Bronx, New York. She was a big sister to seven siblings. Donna grew up in New York and as a young woman, Donna worked in hair and fashion.

In 1975, she met Joseph Louis Perrone, who moved with Donna’s family to Atlanta the following year. Donna and Joseph were married in 1980. They had two children, Nicholas and Michelle. Donna worked in marketing at Saint Joseph’s Hospital where she organized Walks to End Cancer. Her ultimate success came as a Realtor where she advocated for buyers.

Donna loved the Lord and praised Him always. She knew she was saved by grace, and she submitted to His perfect will.

Those left to cherish Donna’s memory are her children: Nicholas Julian Perrone and Michelle Renee Hackett. She is survived by two precious grandchildren: Scarlett Olivia Hackett and Sterling Asa Hackett.

A celebration of life will be held for family and friends on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 2 PM at Donna’s church- 12Stone Church Hamilton Mill located at 3858 Braselton Hwy, Buford, GA 30519. Flowers will be received at 1612 Rustic Oak Court, Dacula, GA 30019.
