William Harold Hensley

A funeral service will be held at the Loflin Funeral Home Chapel in Liberty, Friday, January 23, 2015 at 3:00 pm; officiated by Pastor Reginald Robbins; burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Loflin Funeral Home in Liberty from 6:00-8:00 pm.

Harold was the son of the late William Alvis “Pete” and Sallie Batchelor Hensley and was also preceded in death by his sisters, Evelyn Hensley Murray and Sharon Denise Shoe.

Surviving is his wife of 14 years, Betty Lou Thompson Hensley; daughter, Gwendolyn Norada Hensley Ellington (Mark) of Randleman; son, William Mason Hensley (Kristie) of Asheboro; stepsons, Timmy Thompson of Graham and Jody Thompson of Liberty; sisters, Doris Hensley Scott (Jimmy) of Franklinville, Shirley Jean Robbins (Reginald) of Randleman and Karen Hensley Snow of Liberty, four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and one great-grandchild and two step great-grandchildren.
