Roger David Brown

A funeral service will be held Sunday, January 15, 2012 at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Ed Brown, and Rev. Wolfgang Kirschstein officiating;

burial will follow in Gilmore Memorial Park.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Loflin Funeral Home from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Roger was preceded in death by his father, Hardin Walter Brown and mother, Girthia Novella Coble Brown; sons, Roger David Brown, Jr. and Barry Wayne Brown and sister, Ruby Brown.

Surviving is his wife, Shelia Diane Brown; daughter, Holly Sharpe (Gary) of Greensboro; sons, Sam Brown (Jackie) of Siler City, David Brown (Amy) of

Julian, Thomas Brown of Julian, Philip Brown (Tolana) of Walkertown; brothers, Bud Brown (Connie) of Julian, James Danny Brown of Julian; eleven grandchildren, Kaleb Sharpe, Rebecca Sharpe, Leah Sharpe, Lydia Sharpe, Bethany Sharpe, Isaac Sharpe, Daniel Sharpe, Sarah Sharpe, Justin Brown, Jessica Brown, Marley Brown and Levi Brown (on the way).
