Robin Gilmore Bowman, 53, of Liberty passed away on Friday, January 3, 2014 at Moses Cone Hospital. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 5 at 3:00 p.m. at The Loflin Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Nancy Vaughan; interment will be private. The family will receive friends on Sunday, prior to the service, between 1:45 and 2:45 p.m. at the funeral home. She is survived by her husband, Clint Bowman; sons, Jason Bowman and wife, Christine of Chapel Hill and Chad Bowman and fiancé, Angela Hyatt of Virginia Beach, VA; parents, Linda Staley and William W. Gilmore of Julian; sisters, Dawn Collins and Lisa Goad of Julian.
