Rena Westmoreland Stephens

She was a wonderful mother, homemaker and cook. Rena loved working in flowers, gardening, mowing the yard and camping.

She was the daughter of the late Laurie Albert "L.A." and Eva Rierson Westmoreland; and was also preceded in death by her husband, James Earl Stephens; sons, Robbie, Danny and Bobby Stephens; sisters, Eva Mae Wall, Truddie Jordan, Ruby Lee Isom and Anne Duncan; and brothers, LJ, Raymond, Tommy Stephens, and Bill and Cleo Westmoreland.

Surviving are her sons, Buddy (Mary) and Ronnie Stephens; daughter-in-law, Diane Stephens; grandchildren, Laura Glass (Rickey), Jason Stephens (Jessica), and Julie Rotenberry (Ethan); great-grandchildren, Logan, Alston, Bree, Zoe, Cody, Jolene and Jameson; and five great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Liberty, NC.
