Nellie Mae Craddock Smith

Nellie was always taking care of children whom she loved and adored. Crocheting and playing Yahtzee were her favorite things to do.

She will lie in repose on Monday, June 15, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 11:00 am at Dr. Clyde M. Gilmore Memorial Park.

Nellie was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James R. Smith; parents, Oliver G. and Carrie L. Chaney Craddock; sisters, Marie Baker, Stella Newsom; brothers, Tommy Craddock, Carl Craddock and Glynn Craddock.

She is survived by her daughters, June Whiterker (Jim), Kay McClintock (Hugh); granddaughters, Cathy Hartman, Francis Hunt, Melissa Lewis; grandsons, Rodney McClintock, Scott Mason, Ocean McClintock, Kamen McClintock, Ronnie Vickery; Eleven great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild who is on the way; sisters, Nancy Thomas, Betty Sue Fulp; brother, Bobby Craddock.
