Joyce was very active growing up and into adulthood. She loved sports and enjoyed golfing, playing softball and tennis.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Loflin Funeral Home in Liberty, NC officiated by Pastor Shaun Greene.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Alvis Stephens; parents, Taylor Joyce and Grace Lee Williams Plummer; brothers, David Lee Plummer and J.T. Plummer.
She is survived by her sister, Linda Culberson and husband Tony of Liberty along with many nieces and nephews.
