Edward “Buster” Joel Stephens, 87, of Liberty, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022 at GrayBrier Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Trinity.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Fairview Cemetery in Liberty. Mr. Stephens will lie in repose from 1:00-5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Loflin Funeral Home in Liberty.
Buster was the son of the late Wayne and Lucille Kivett Stephens and was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Frances Fogleman Stephens and his son, Joel Dean Stephens.
He is survived by his friend and neighbor, Nancy C. York and the York family.
