He was a loving husband and father and a faithful servant of the Lord.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Monday evening, March 6, 2023 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty and other times at the home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Christian Church with Rev. Howard Spray officiating; burial will follow in the church cemetery.
He was the son of the late Carlos Olen and Mable Lucille Hornaday Duncan and was also preceded in death by brothers, David Duncan and Everette Christopher Duncan.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 57 years, Brenda Johnson Duncan; son, Dennis Everette "Denny" Duncan; sisters, Frances Christine Stanburg and Colleen "Fay" Sports; and brother, Carlos Duncan.
