Billy David Ramsey

A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 11, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at The Loflin Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Pastor Ricky Cox; burial will follow in Whites Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery in Franklinville. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

He was the son of the late Richard “R.B.” and Margaret Holmes Ramsey and was also preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Henley and his brother, Buddy Ramsey.

Surviving is his wife of 31 years, Kay Ramsey of the home, one daughter, Shannon Chan and husband, Harry of Snow Camp; two sons, Micah and Matthew Ramsey of the home; four grandchildren, Joey, Ryan, Josie, and Jasmine Chan, and special nephew, Jimmy Ramsey and wife, Linda and their children, Kelsi and Randi.
