Mary Linn Bell of Liberty, Missouri passed away peacefully April 19th. Born in 1915 in St. Petersburg, Florida, she met a handsome soldier, Keller Bell, at her local church and married him. Moving to Liberty, Missouri, they had 2 daughters and an active life together. Mary lived life with gusto…. she was an avid gardner, she and Keller taught Sunday school, volunteered to deliver Meals on Wheels, worked on Habitat for Humanity homes in Liberty and Kansas City with their friends, marched for civil rights, and lived with Christ in mind in every aspect of their lives. Mary taught special needs children at Liberty’s Lewis and Clark School, was a secretary at William Jewell College, played piano and sang at church, led a Girl Scout troop, and cherished her neighbors, her friends, and her family. May she now enjoy the rest of eternity.
