Carrie Ann Shelton

Carrie Ann was born March 16, 1968 in Kansas City, MO to Jerry and Pamela Cox. She graduated from Winnetonka High School in Gladstone and attended college. Carrie Ann married Joel Shelton on August 2, 1985 and they had a daughter, Beth Shelton, before Joel’s untimely passing in 1989.

Carrie Ann worked in the automotive industry for her entire career, working with titles and other office duties. She loved spending time outdoors, especially tanning, and always made sure to have her hair and makeup done. Carrie Ann also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Cox; and her husband, Joel Shelton.

Carrie Ann is survived by her mother, Pamela West; her daughter, Beth Shelton (Richard Jacobs); her grandsons, Hunter, Sidney, and Ryder King; and her brother, Steven West (Missey); as well as other relatives and friends.
