William Robert Chaney

Billy was loved by all, always laughing and joking. He will be greatly missed. He served his country in the Coast Guard and was stationed in Hawaii for several years. He was a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. Billy was always a delight to his patients when he entered their rooms or anyone else who was near him. He loved the Lord and was a member of the Three Angels Church in Batesburg, SC.

He was preceded in death by his loving Christian parents, Willie Edward Chaney, Sr. and Sybil Staley Chaney.

Billy is survived by his daughters, Chelsea Chaney Zinke of California and Clarissa Chaney Purkeypile, California; his sister and brother-in-law, Mildred Chaney Kersey (Charles) of Aylett, VA; sister and brother-in-law, Ann Chaney Moore Belk (Ralph) of Fort Lawn, SC; sister and brother-in-law, Linda Chaney Sanders (George) of Leesville, SC; brother, Steve Chaney of Leesville, SC; brother and sister-in-law, David Chaney (Deborah) of Winnsboro, SC; brother, Tommy Chaney of Lexington, SC; brother and sister-in-law, Eddie Chaney (Kendra) of Batesburg, SC and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

A private memorial service will be planned for a later date.
