Victor is survived by his father, Travis Higgs; foster parents, Katie and Josh Barlet; siblings, Tyrus Higgs, Evelyn Barlet, Aiden Barlet; grandparents, Pamela and Tommy Higgs and Beverly Nanney; uncle, Thomas Higgs (Meredith) and great grandmother, Evelyn Rogers. He was predeceased by Heather Long.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 27, 2021 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with interment to follow in Beulah United Methodist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the funeral home.
