GILBERT – Funeral services for Richard “Dick” M. Ligon, 73, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with interment to follow in Bush River Memorial Garden Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2014 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
Mr. Ligon was born September 1, 1940 in Orangeburg, SC and passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2014. He is the son of the late Albert and Nell Ligon. Mr. Ligon served his country in the United States Air Force.
Mr. Ligon is survived by his wife, Becky Biggerstaff Ligon of Gilbert; daughters, Penny Ligon of Gilbert, Page Ligon Jordan of Lexington and Debbie Brown of Greenville; granddaughter, Penelope Jordan and his sister, Barbara H. Welch of Rockhill.
