RIDGEWAY – Funeral services for Michael Eugene Peeples, 58, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2011 at Souls Harbor Church, 926 Williams Street, West Columbia, SC 29169 with interment in Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Caughman Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Peeples was born June 30, 1953 and passed away on Friday, November 18, 2011. He was a son of the late Carl Ronald Peeples and Ida Bell Chavis Peeples. Mr. Peeples was an avid Gamecock fan and loved playing golf. He was a loving husband and father. He loved fishing at Lake Murray and the beach. He worked for American Italian Pasta Company for several years.
Mr. Peeples is survived by his wife, Katherine “Kathy” Peeples of Ridgeway; daughter, Laura Locklair (Shane); brothers and sisters, Wanda Jackson, Ron Peeples, Bonnie Peeples, Robin Peeples and Carl Peeples all of West Columbia.
