Kathy Menger, 60, of Lexington passed away on Monday, May 6th, 2024. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on September 2nd, 1963. Ms. Menger was the daughter of Mr. John V. Menger and Mrs. Ann C. Liles.
Kathy grew up in the Greater Columbia area and graduated from Irmo High School. She attended the University of South Carolina and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Science. She was formerly a paralegal for Lewis Babcock & Associates. She loved to cook, enjoyed gardening, and spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by her son, John “Jack” Menger; her mother, Ann; and her two brothers, Bobby and Billy Menger.
She was predeceased by her father, John V. Menger.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 15th at Cherokee Presbyterian Church, 3622 Augusta Hwy, Gilbert, SC 29054, with a visitation to take place one hour prior.
