M. Dianne Kyzer, 77, of Lexington, SC passed away on October 30, 2023. She was born in Lexington, SC on March 13, 1946. Dianne was the daughter of Reverend Brice W. Shumpert and Lilllie Mae Shumpert.
She retired after more than 30 years of hard work. She was a member of Red Bank United Methodist Church and truly loved attending services. She always enjoyed special gatherings and spending time with family and friends. She had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Her hobbies included crossword puzzles, shopping and cooking for her family. Her chicken salad and pound cakes are only two among many dishes that will be missed.
She is survived by sons, Darin (Kathy) Kyzer and Mark (Sonia) Kyzer; daughter, Melanie (Mike) Kyzer; sister, Christine Tyndall; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Carroll Kyzer and her brother Glenn B. Shumpert.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday November 4, 2023 at Red Bank United Methodist Church with a visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
