Lillie Rose Cooper, 91, was born January 14, 1929 in Abbeville, AL and passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Henrietta Whatley and Thomas J. Howerton.
Mrs. Cooper was a member of Red Bank Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school.
She is survived by her daughters, Judy Williams (Bob) and Pam Cooper along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Otis L. Cooper, Jr., three brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at Mayson Memorial Cemetery in Saluda, SC at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2020.
