Johnny Wardell Sanders, age 66, of Lexington, South Carolina passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023. Johnny was born in Richland County and was the son of Lonnie W. Sanders and Alma Howell.
Johnny is survived by one sister, Judy Jordan (Hugh) of Pelion, SC; his ex-wife, Kathy Russell of Lexington, SC; two nieces and two nephews; his extended family members, Mike and Donna Cook, along with their three children, and Rose Reynolds and her three children.
A graveside service for Johnny will be held Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29229.
