Jimmy is survived by his wife, Cindy Wingard; his daughter, Shay Nier (Scott) and his two bonus daughters, Allison Pollock (Wes) and Kim Eichelberger (Jason). He was “Pop-Pop” to five grandchildren: Harrison, Brinley, and Ainsley (children of Allison and Wes), and Lucas and Kennedy (children of Kim and Jason).
Jimmy served in the Army for six years and had a successful career with Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. as a regional manager. During retirement, Jimmy found satisfaction working at 5 Point Solutions. He was loyal, diligent, honest, and had a special sense of humor. He enjoyed Clemson football, fast cars—especially Corvettes—and a good glass of scotch.
God proved His love for Clemson football by painting the sky in orange and purple. To honor Jimmy’s love for Clemson, we ask guests to consider wearing the colors of a Clemson sunset.
