PROSPERITY – A graveside service for Mr. James B. “Sonny” Oswald, 80, of Prosperity, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Celestial Memorial Gardens.
He was born May 21, 1936 in Leesville, SC to the late Lewie B. Oswald and Mae Etta Harmon Oswald. Mr. Oswald passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2017. He was a Master Sgt. in the Air Force and Air National Guard.
He is survived by three sons, Rev. Bill Oswald (Becky), David James and Brad Oswald, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Betty, and a son, Brian.
Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
