Jimmy leaves behind a wife of 25 years, Tina JoAnn Jeffcoat, whom he loved very much. He is also survived by a grandson, Neiahmiah Jeffcoat; stepsons, Corkey and Daniel Jeffcoat; sister, Janet Thompson; nephews, Jimmy Jr., Lee Ascye, Cragie and Christian Jeffcoat; nieces, Marcella Thompson and Nikki Glover. He was predeceased by a sister, Marie Ascye.
Jimmy worked for the Old Truck Supply for several years and then went to work at Industrial Alignment on July 3, 1997 as manager of the parts department for 24 years. Jimmy loved the Lord and going to church, working in the yard and watching Carolina Gamecocks football.
Jimmy was a caring, loving man who was always willing to give a helping hand to others.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 pm on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, August 29 at the Fish Hatchery Road Church of God, where Mr. Jeffcoat attended for 24 years. The service will be officiated by Rev. Wendell Hendrix.
