In his younger years, Frank served as an usher and counselor for Billy Graham Crusades in Asheville, North Carolina. In retirement, Frank and Mary enjoyed traveling throughout the United States, both for church building mission trips and for exploration. They built life-long friendships with friends who traveled with them through Canada, Alaska, and many parts of the country. He enjoyed woodworking, tinkering, furniture building and word puzzles. Known for his silly jokes, one never knew if Frank would use a straw or crumple the paper up and blow it in your face. He is remembered fondly for his steadfast faith and character.
A celebration of life service will be held at Lexington United Methodist Church on June 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. The church is located at 309 East Main Street, Lexington, South Carolina, 29072.
