Cora Lynn Hakim Bush, 33, of Spartanburg, was born July 17, 1989 and passed away due to a tragic accident on September 21, 2022. She was originally from Lexington/West Columbia, SC.
Cora loved her children beyond life! She enjoyed doing activities such as riding dirt bikes and 4-wheelers. She loved the beach as much as the mountains and also loved doing her own nails, as well as everyone else’s!
Cora is survived by her mother, Lara H. Miller of Spartanburg; brothers, John Ford of Lexington and Kyzer Ford of Spartanburg; sister, Tiffany Danielle Ford of Lexington; five beautiful children, Keith Lee Hakim-Metcalf (age 14) of Lexington, Brianna Lynn Hakim (age 11) of Lexington; Athena K. Bush (age 8) of Spartanburg, Billy J. Bush (age 7) of Spartanburg and Authur Bush, Jr. (age 3) of Spartanburg; and her nephew who is John’s son, Orlando Ford, (age 8) of Lexington.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Johnny Sue Hakim of West Columbia and maternal grandfather, Habib G. Hakim of Egypt.
