LEXINGTON – A memorial service for Charles William Nance, 76, of Lexington, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2017 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel.
He was born in Spartanburg, SC on February 13, 1941 and passed away Friday, April 7, 2017. He was the son of the late Jim Henry Nance and Alice Roberta Adams Nance.
Mr. Nance was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved animals, feeding the birds and watching MeTV. He will be fishing with his son, Jimmy, when he gets to Heaven.
He is survived by his children, Angela Garrison and Daniel Nance; grandchildren, Alyssa and Taylor Garrison, who called him “Grand-dandy”. He was predeceased by his wives, Mary Todd Nance and Patricia Cogdill Nance and son, James Nance.
