Bobby was the owner of Shaw’s Used Cars in West Columbia since 1997. Bobby liked all forms of racing like Nascar and dirt track racing. He drove a dirt track car for many years. WIS TV did a documentary in 1986 about dirt track racing, Blood, Sweat and Gears, which featured Bobby and a fellow racer, Neil Avery on all the fun, perils, etc. of dirt track racing. Bobby also loved to travel with his wife, Brenda. They travelled from the east coast to the west coast visiting popular tourist destinations such as Las Vegas, Yellowstone, Monument Valley, just to name a few. Bobby also loved his golf carts, riding them up and down the street “patrolling” for any problems. He loved his cats and seeing the cardinals in the yard.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda K. Shaw and son, Robert Wayne Shaw. He was predeceased by a sister, Betty Shaw of Bloomington, Illinois.
