He was born on March 4th, 1936, a son to Omar and Eva Daigle. He grew up in Fort Kent and attended local schools.
He met the love of his life, Jacqueline and the two were married for many wonderful years until her passing.
In his career, he was a well known hand sewer at a local shoe shop and was a true master of all trades.
Vernon leaves behind his children Jim and wife Debbie, Sandy and husband Marc, as well as his grandchildren Michelle, Cory, Ryan, Sarah and Jordan, his great grandchildren Caleb, Connor, CJ, Parker and Jayden. He also leaves behind his two brothers Larry Daigle and Reynald Daigle.
He is predeceased by his parents, his beloved wife Jacqueline and many brothers and sisters.
Visitation for Vernon will take place on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024 from 9AM to 12PM, with a Liturgy of the Word to follow at 12PM. Committal Prayers will take place at St. Peter's Cemetery following the Liturgy of the Word.
