Rose C. Rioux

LEWISTON - Rose C. (Castonguay) Rioux, 99, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 1, 2018 at Montello Manor. She was born in Lewiston in 1918, the daughter of the late, Joseph and Amanda (Cloutier) Castonguay.

Rose lived in Lewiston her entire life. She was married to Raymond F. Rioux, and they shared a loving marriage of over 54 years until his passing in 1992.

Rose is survived by her sons, Raymond and Richard; her sister, Lucille; her brother, Gerard; 7 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents; several brothers and sisters and a son, Roger.

FUNERAL NOTICE:

RIOUX - Rose C., 99, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2018 in Lewiston. At Rose's request, there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 11am at Sacred Heart Church in Auburn.
