Paul D. Hersey

He was born in Lewiston, Maine on July 7, 1964 the son of Douglas and Marie Hersey.

Paul owned and ran his business, DJ Paul Hersey’s Entertainment for most of his life.

He enjoyed entertaining with his singing and playing his guitar. He loved older cars and making everyone smile. He loved his wife, children, grandchildren and especially his dog Lucy-Ann.

He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Betty; his mother Marie Hersey; his sisters Lannette and her husband Rene Cloutier and Jeannette and her husband Steve Mims; his sons Derek Hersey and Keith Bradbury; his daughter Tracy Bradbury; his grandchildren Keith A. Bradbury, Hannah Bradbury, Levi May, Hadley Bradbury; his nephew Justin Cloutier and his wife Jessica; his nieces Tiffany Cortez and Tasha Massey and her husband Rob; as well as close friends.

He was predeceased by his father Douglas Hersey; a sister Rose Marie Hersey; his mother-in-law Irene A. Cote.

Funeral Services honoring Paul’s life will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 2 PM at the First Assembly of God Church on 70 Hogan Road in Lewiston. There will be a visitation from 1-2 PM prior to the service at the church. A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, October 7, 2024 from 4-8 PM at the Fortin & Pinette Group 305 Alfred A.
