LEWISTON – Lillian E. Brown 85, a resident of 90 Summer Street. Lewiston died unexpectedly Sunday evening at Central Maine Medical Center. She was born in Lewiston, June 15, 1924, the son of John and Emma (Hoffman) Hoy. Lillian worked in the local shoe industry all her life retiring in 1980. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and cooking. Survivors include one son, Walter Klymman of Lewiston; one daughter, Carlene M. Blanchette and husband, Michael of Lewiston; two brothers, Charles Hoy and wife Florence; and Albert Hoy all of Lewiston, and also surviving are two grandsons, Michael and George Blanchette. BROWN died in Lewiston, December 20, 2009, Mrs. Lillian E. Brown age 85 years, a resident of Lewiston. Graveside committal prayers will be held in the Spring at Riverside Cemetery in Lewiston.
