Grace was really nice and I don't think she ever said a mean word to me. I'm really sad that she's not alive anymore. But, I'm also happy that she's in Heaven.

We are all so sorry to hear about your loss. My son Austen was in Graces' sunday school class. She was a beautiful little girl. Your damily is in our prayers.

To say that Grace had a quiet sole and tender spirit is a respectable and thoughtful understatement. We have never known anyone whose name so significantly represents the embodiment of an individual's personality. The manner in which she lived her life was always quite graceful. She possessed a wisdom far beyond her years, which attribute resulted from her time as an orphan and the wonderful role modeling of her loving parents Bill and Teresa. Grace, much like her parents, possessed a unique sensitivity to the feelings of others, human and animal alike. We thank God for intervening in this little girl's life (and that of Sarah & Deanna) such that she would find her way from a small village in Romania to a small town in Maine. As with her sisters, Grace was immediately embraced by a vast circle of family and friends. In return, and without even knowing, Grace gave us all many gifts. More specifically, Grace (and her sisters) allowed us to realize our potential to love someone so immediately for whom no previous connection existed. That is a life altering gift for which we will forever be grateful. We will miss her physical presence in our lives, but we will carry her memory in our hearts forever. Teresa, Bill, Sarah & Dee -- we love you so very much, and our prayer for you all is that the memories you have of Grace and your love of the Lord will combine in powerful ways to lessen your grief and sorrow, and to allow you to again live your lives with joy.

I ment Grace's Auntie Jen when she moved back to Maine. Although we do not see each other accept in passing I count Jen a dear friend. Jen, I am praying for you. Bill and Teresa, girls and family:You are loved and we weep with you as you relearn to walk an unnatural path with a hole in your heart and in your home.Remember when the doubt comes in and it will: God isn't cruel He is serious about putting him first in all areas. You have spoken and prayed for revival and its happening in your life and in your church. But the evil one has taken your daughter?s life in hopes to destroy your faith and your hope and destroy more lives and lead them astray or at least keep them in confusion and silent about their hope. But God is asking us all if we yearn for him more than the dearest people or things we put first in our lives. You know life is fragile and short. That is why God has no hesitation about allowing the evil one to take a life we so cherish, because eternity is forever, and this life is at best 100 years of painful choices. Since she was saved you will see her again soon! It won't and doesn't make sense, its not logical. Don't ask yourself why, but ask what? What am I suppose to do or how do I respond? What is the faith filled response to this pain? Drink up his words! It requires Supernatural ability. It requires a bended knee and an open heart. Don't let people tell you God won't give you more than you can handle. He will give you more than you can handle by your own abilities. I believe he does this to force us as his children to rely more on Him with each "More event" he gives. But remember he is a loving surgeon, who won?t cut any deeper than necessary to get the right response thru his Holy Spirit. But the flesh is weak, so guard your heart and your ears from the questions and the lies and half truths. You both have been bought with a price and you have booth sacrificed a lot, you have vocally stood up for Christ in the public arena and in the church, now he is asking you to stand up for Him again... in your children's bedroom. The very gift he gave he is asking you to give back. Nothing we have belongs to us, it is all his (*if its not it?s by Gods definition an idol), including our spouses and our children. Do we cling to them or him?God has asked the supreme sacrifice, that very thing he has already done, given up His own child, his son, for us, and now you are more like Christ than ever before because you too have felt the pain of loosing your child. He trusts you because you are the 2 most visible people outside of Rog and Barb in EABC. How interesting he picked the elder chairman who is ?pushing? intimacy and holiness with men and the care coordinator who carries the burdens of hurting women and is the key coordination of all who publicly hurt at EABC to work out his message.Christ was hit by a thing bigger and more powerful than a truck (our sins) and Jesus felt the pain of loosing his father (God) and He has felt the pain of loosing his children, (millions of them thru the ages who refuse to repent and come home). So he alone knows what you are going thru down to the exact emotion you are feeling.I see Christ Carrying you four and He alone will be here to help bear the burden when life resorts back to the numbing redundancies of job, school, and living in this sin cursed world.Forgive us in advance. As we your adopted family of God forgets to lift you up in prayer, forget to visit you and forget to hug and hold you close. We ask for your forgiveness because it will happen and it has already happened. God will never leave you nor forsake you for someone else. He will hold you as long as it takes. Don't rush, don't stuff, don't deny the emotions of pain, hurt, and anger. Take the pills, get the counseling do the things to help your humanity cope, its okay for now, but keep drinking deep of his spiritual water and in time you will be able to lay those crutches down at his feet. He can handle anything you throw at him. Get it out and as you get real with him He gets more intimate with you. You will never be better, or okay. It doesn't help when people say, she is in a better place, or God must need her more or some other empty slogan or recipe theology. Nothing feels

I still can see her with her little brown stuffed horse and how she would quietly play with it for hours.
