Edward James Doyle

He was born February 1, 1960 in Boston, MA the son of Edward Michael and Frances (Healy) Doyle.

Butch worked as a cleaner for commercial cleaning companies for most of his life.

After 20 years of being together Butch and Cheryl Kirby were married August 31, 2014. Together they enjoyed driving, sightseeing, and visiting Maine. He enjoyed listening to oldies music, watching the Red sox and Patriots, and grilling outdoors. He loved playing and watching basketball.

He is survived by his wife Cheryl Kirby; his mother Frances Doyle; three children Ryan Doyle, Samantha Doyle & husband Eric Treall, and Kathleen Doyle & companion Ryan Ceriani; Timothy Kirby & wife Megan; grandchildren Erik, Connor, Brendan, Maddie, Jules, and Charlotte; siblings Karen Picket, John Doyle, Patty Danner & husband Tom, Kathy Doyle-McCarthy & husband Aaron, Barabara Dailey & husband Brian and Jean Doyle & companion Robert Gomes & many nieces and nephews.

Butch was predeceased by his father Edward; a brother-in-law Chris Picket, two uncles Jimmy and Bobby; and two aunts Kiki and Maureen.

A Celebration of Life will be held 12-4 pm Sunday, July 10 at the American Legion, 1027 Washington Street, Abington, MA
