He was born on June 27th, 1957, the son of the late Normand and Noella Labbe.
David served four years in the United States Marine Corps and later pursued his dream of owning a farm, raising deer, elk, and fostering dogs and cats. In addition, he had a special bond with his service dog Noel, who remained by his side until the very end. David will be remembered for being a very kind soul who enjoyed gardening and sharing his crops with family and friends.
David is survived by his sister Nancy Labbe of Lewiston and very close cousins whom he considered nephews, Eric, Michael, and Brandon LeClair, the sons of Donald and Linda LeClair, also of Lewiston.
The family invites you to a time of visitation on Monday December 18th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm immediately followed by a Liturgy of the Word at 4:00pm at The Fortin Group, 70 Horton St, Lewiston ME. Military Honors will be presented at 4:30pm.
