Barbara A. Murray

Lewiston - Barbara A. Murray 87 of Sarah Frye Home, Auburn, died Saturday October 1st at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center after a three day stay with her family by her side. Born in Lewiston October 2, 1928 a daughter of the late Marshall and Edna Wallingford Yokell she was educated in Lewiston schools. She was married to Henry J. Ouellette who died in 1965. She later married Paul R. Murray who also died with family by his side in 2015.

Mrs. Murray was a member of the Prince of Peace Parish at The Basilica of Saints Peter & Paul. She worked as a stitcher at Arnold Moccasin, Supreme Slipper, and retired from St. Mary's Hospital laundry department. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, and spending time with all her grandchildren. Our mom will be remembered for the unconditional love that she had for all her family and for her witty sense of humor.

She is survived her daughter, Diane Lane and husband Ronald of Sabattus, her sons, David J. Ouellette and wife Lisa, and Daniel K. Ouellette of Lewiston,

her grandchildren, Amber Bissonnette and husband Matthew, Jessie Castonguay , Christopher Spencer and wife Carol, Shawn Spencer and wife Stephanie and Willliam Spencer and wife Donna, her seven great-grandchildren, and her sister Joan Willette of Wales.
