He was born in Lewiston, September 24th, 1985 to Larry Higgins and Diane Higgins. He was raised in Poland and attended Poland Regional High. On October 15th, 2016 he married Jessica Hughes who he met at Lee where they both worked together.
Adam was well versed in both his written and communication skills. He was very articulate and could express himself very well. He was also a kind, loving and caring man. If he saw someone needed shoes, he bought them a pair. If someone needed warmth, he gave them the jacket off his back. Adam loved going on road trips with Gary and the crew, to Rangeley. He also enjoyed attending the countless bon fires, with friends. If there was a bonfire, Adam was there. He found great joy in making people laugh and he could be quite the comedian. Another passion he had was going to a shooting range and mastering his skills. He enjoyed hunting with Rollie, Brian, Jeremy, his Dad and his brother Keith. One year, opening day, Adam predicted he would get his deer by 9:00 AM. He got his dear by 10:00 AM. He was quite proud that day.
He is survived by his wife, Jessica Higgins, his mother, Diane Higgins, his brother, Keith Higgins and his wife Devon, all of Poland, his sister Tammy Thomas and her husband Nick of Auburn. He also leaves behind a niece, Ema, and nephews Keith II, Mike, Josh and Nathin.
