

William H. Wilson passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014 at Aria Torresdale Hospital. He was 88. Bill resided in the Delaware Valley Veterans Home. He was a World War II Marine Corp. veteran, serving in the South Pacific. Bill may be remembered by many from Wilson's Corner Service Station and Ice Cream Stand in Fairless Hills of which he was so proud. He was an avid golfer and was proud to have the unique distinction of having 4 hole-in-ones. Bill will always be remembered as a caring, kind and generous person whose primary love in life was that of his family. He also loved animals. He is survived by his loving companion and best friend of many years Joyce Smith, and his adopted family Darby and Dr. Ted Mazzarisi and his loves Mackenzie, John and Addison. Born in Yeagerstown, PA to William Wilson and Clara Fultz Wilson, he is survived by brothers Richard and Gerald Wilson, sons Ronald and Michael, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday promptly at 10 a.m. at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 850 Highland Rd., Newtown, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA, 424 E. 92nd St., New York, NY 10128-6804.
