William E. SpenceWilliam E. Spence passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Abington Memorial Hospital at the age of 71.Born in Marcus Hook, PA, son of the late Catherine (Bell) and Wilson Ellis Spence, Mr. Spence has resided in Lower Bucks County for most of his life, with his late husband, George Keiper, late grandson, Joseph Keiper, and granddaughter, Amanda Keiper.He enjoyed gardening and the theater.Loving brother of Wilson Spence (Sandra), Curtis Spence (Diane) and Susan Powell (James "Sonny"), he will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews.He was predeceased by his siblings, Ralph Spence, Alice "Ginger" Virdin, and Naomi Pritchett.Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, September 8, 2018, from 12:00 until 1:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm. Interment will be held privately.
