William P. Mayberry

William P. Mayberry of Levittown died on Friday, April 18, 2014 at his home. He was 81. He was born and raised in Philadelphia where he graduated from Lincoln High School. He has resided in Middletown Township for the past 51 years. Mr. Mayberry was employed with the Budd Company for 40 years until retiring in 1996. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus St. Joseph the Worker Council #4215. He enjoyed being outdoors and target shooting. He also loved classic cars but being with his family was most important to him. Mr. Mayberry was the beloved husband of Barbara (Vollmar) Mayberry for 55 years. He was the loving father of Donna Bell (Gary), Kimmie Mraz (Bill) and Barbie Anderson (Asa) all of Levittown. He was the devoted grandfather of Nikki, Alexa, Eric, Courtney, Matt, Chris, Asa IV, Shaina and Cheyanne and great grandfather of Julian and Ayden. He will also be missed by his brother John Mayberry and several nieces and nephews. Family and friend are invited to call Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until 12 noon at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where his funeral service will be held at 12 noon. Interment is private.
