William Galbraith

Born in "Grays Ferry" Philadelphia, PA, the son of Emily Jackson (Dunphy) and John Galbraith. He was raised by his mother and his stepdad, Emily and Stanley Jackson.

A former 20 year resident of Bensalem, Mr. Galbraith has resided in Morrisville for the past 14 years.

For most of his life he was employed as a truck driver. He was a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, and on occasion loved playing the poker machines at the casinos.

Mr. Galbraith loved to take his beloved "Dallas" for walks around his neighborhood where he made  numerous friends.

Mr. Galbraith spent the last 32 years with his fiancee and love of his life, Patricia Hale, who passed in 2019.

He is survived by his loving stepson, Frank Craig (Dawn) of Hellertown, PA and stepdaughter, Jeanne Giguere (Leo) of Bensalem; and his grandchildren, Kristina, James, Brittney, Bryan, Jacquelin, Diane and Paul; and 6 beautiful great grandchildren.

He is also survived by his 2 daughters, Lisa and Sharon; siblings, Marie Nelson "Re-Re"(Jack) and Dan Jackson (Angie); as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

Mr. Galbraith is predeceased by his brothers, John Galbraith "Cakey", Joe "Joe Boy" Jackson (Maureen) and Stanley Jackson (Peaches).

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where his funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in Beechwood Cemetery, Bensalem
