Baby Skylar Rayne Doak, beloved 5 month old infant daughter of James M. and Jessica L. Carmean Doak of Morrisville, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.In addition to her parents, Skylar is also survived by her brother and sister Damian Shetzline and Alexa Carmean; her godmother Cara McKeown; grandparents Edna Doak, Anne McKeown and Mary Carmean; great grandparents Edna and Frank Doak and several aunts, uncles and cousins.Family and friends are invited to call from 2 until 4 p.m. on Sunday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where her funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Interment is private.
