Scott H. Mitchell

Born in Bristol, Scott has been a life long resident of Lower Bucks County. He graduated from Neshaminy High School in 1991 and went on to achieve his Bachelor's from Rider University and his Masters from LaSalle University.

For several years Scott served as the Manager of Morrisville Borough and prior to that was the Manager of Langhorne Borough.

Scott was previously active in local politics and had formerly served on the Advisory Boards of St. Mary Medical Center, Bucks First Federal Credit Union, Bucks County Technical School Authority, Neshaminy School District Authority, and Bucks County Council For Individuals With Disabilities. He was a member of the Newtown Masonic Lodge #427.

Beloved son of the late John Mitchell and Patsy Mitchell-Karl and Step-Father Ted Karl. Scott was the loving brother of Sandy Bell (Woodrow), Tammy Morton (Neil) and Michael Mitchell (Gina) and the devoted uncle of Jared Reagan, Serena Sweet, Brian Mitchell, Andrew Morton, Sarah Morton, Adam Mitchell, Stephen Morton. He is also survived by many cousins.

Services will be held at a later date.
