I am so sorry to hear of Sandra's passing, she was my 6th grade teacher and the best teacher I ever had in my entire life. I just found out about her passing I would have definitely attended the service, R.I.P Miss Della Croce, I will never forget you, a lot of what you taught me 40 years ago I still used today.

Miss Della Croce is a golden example of the impact one teacher can have on a student. Sixth grade. Reading class. The second year that Neil Armstrong Middle School in Bristol Township was open. All these years later I remember Jonathan Livingston Seagull, and how author Richard Bach answered the letter from our class. Miss Della Croce introduced me to a world far beyond my Levittown borders — Broadway plays and fine dining at The Frog in Center City Philadelphia and so much else. She was the guest of honor at dinner following my high school graduation.  Miss Della Croce is one of the most influential contributors to the person I became, and I will always be grateful that our lives intersected.

My sympathies go out to the family.  I had Sandy as a 6th grade teacher and choral director at James Buchanan elementary school. She made such a lasting impression on me.  I will be forever grateful for her wisdom, wit and compassion.  Rest in peace Sandy.

Sandy will be so very missed by all of our family , she was a wonderful, joyous friend with whom we shared many hours and days. I never knew to ever have a bad day. Even in her darker days she smiled and sang her ever present songs. She can now sing her way to heaven. God’s speed Sandy. Darla and John Stefero and family.
