Robert B. Synnott

Rob was born in Trenton, New Jersey, the son of Laura A (Greco) and Michael T. Edwards, and Robert George Synnott.

Robert was a member of the Local 5 union, working as an elevator and escalator contractor.

Rob loved the beach, going to music festivals all over the country, family vacations, riding his motorcycle, along with enjoying most of his spare time in the gym lifting and body building with some of his best friends. Robert lived his life to the fullest, enjoying everything in his path. His laugh is something to be remembered by all because it was so contagious. He lit up every room he was ever in. Family and friends always said he was the one to make everything that much better. He was a genuinely caring and loving person, with an incredibly funny personality that won anyone over in his presence. Anyone that ever knew him, knew him to be the most selfless person, with the most generous heart that they had ever known. He was the one who was so positive and full of love and laughter that his smile made every person he knew so very happy. The thing he enjoyed most was being a family man. His nieces were his world and he made sure to show them that love each and everyday. The one person that he adored most of all, was his mother. Anyone that knew him knew how much he loved his mother and told her everyday.

Along with his parents, Rob is survived by his siblings, Christina Buchanan (Andrew), Ashley Edwards (fiancé, Stephen Smeck), Nicole Synnott, & Ryan Edwards; and his cousin Dylan Greco (Anthony & Matteo); his beloved nieces, Lilyana, Briella, & Tessa.

Family and friends are welcome to join us on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021 from 9am until 12 pm at the James J. Dougherty funeral home, Inc, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, PA, where his funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
