Patricia M. Connolly

Born in Philadelphia, daughter of the late Rosemary (Armstrong) and Walter Barner, Patricia was formerly of Bristol Boro and lived most of her life in Levittown. She was a 1971 graduate of the former Bishop Conwell High School and was a member of Queen of the Universe Parish, Levittown.

For 26 years she was employed with the former Levitz Furniture Warehouse in Langhorne. After the closing of the store, she became a medical coder with Prism Services in Mount Laurel, NJ.

She was an avid Flyers and Phillies fan and also enjoyed reading and visiting wineries.

Patricia will be remembered as a very sociable woman who enjoyed hosting gatherings.

Most important to her always, was the love for her entire family.

Beloved wife of nearly 47 years to Paul S. Connolly, Patricia is the loving mother of Sean (Denise), Moira L., and Christopher P. (Michelle) Connolly.

She is the devoted grandmother of Kate, Erin and Aaliyah and dear sister of Walter Barner Jr. (Rhonda), Paul (Linda) Barner, Mark Barner, Neil Barner (Marie), Kay Sampson (Mark) and Kevin Barner.

Patricia will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended Connolly and Barner family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, from 6:00 until 9:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 11:00 am in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA. There are no calling hours on Wednesday morning.

Her family would like everyone to wear something purple, since it was Pat's favorite color.
