Maureen V. Ritter

Maureen V. Ritter formerly of Levittown and Penndel died on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Virtua Hospital in Voorhees, NJ. She was 75.Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Maureen resided in Levittown and Penndel for many years and graduated from Bishop Egan High School in 1961. She has resided in Cherry Hill, NJ for the past year. Maureen worked for Amtrak for 10 years until retiring in 2010 and prior to that worked for U-Haul in Warrington for numerous years.She enjoyed gardening and spending time at the Jersey Shore.Daughter of the late Dewane and Grace Ritter, Maureen is survived by her loving daughters, Dina Marie Hoobler (the late Robert) and Christine DiAntonio and her grandchildren, Breanna, Bobby, Declan and Julianna.She will also be missed by her sisters, Grace Bilger (Ronald), Laurie Bacchi (Edward) and Denise McCloskey (Edward) as well as several nieces and nephews.Family and friends are invited to call from 10 until 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
