Mary Josephine Lang Mary Josephine "Jo" Lang died on Monday, September 10, 2012 at Saint Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, surrounded by her loving family. She was 84. Born and raised in Homestead, PA, Mrs. Lang was an original Levittown homeowner. Until her retirement in 1993, she was a claims representative for PA Blue Cross in the Levittown and Philadelphia area for 25 years. Mrs. Lang was a member of the Middletown Seniors Chorus. She enjoyed reading and gardening, but most of all, her family. Beloved wife of the late Jack R., Mrs. Lang was the loving mother of Judy Lang, Jack R. Lang (Chris) and Janice Quinn (the late Joseph) all of Yardley. She was the devoted grandmother of Stephen Miller (Amber), Melinda Wurtz, Christopher Woods and Danielle Lang; the proud great grandmother of Jack Miller; and the sister of Bernard Gleason of Cleveland, Jim Gleason, Jean Rodgers, Jane Donahoe all of Pittsburgh. She will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, 9:30 until 10:30 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown where her Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in Newtown Cemetery.
