Mary Elizabeth Dougherty Mary Elizabeth (Fitzpatrick) Dougherty passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday, October 20, 2012. She was 92. Born in Trenton, NJ, Mrs. Dougherty was formerly of the Highland Park section of Levittown. She was a former member of Queen of the Universe Parish, Levittown and a current member of Saint John the Baptist Church in Ottsville. Beloved wife of the late John E. and the mother-in-law of the late Franklin J. Beebe, Mrs. Dougherty is survived by her two sons, Kevin and Jack, her daughter-in-law, LaRue, and daughter, Joan Beebe, 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, from 8:30 until 10:00 am at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am at Queen of the Universe Church, followed by Rite of Committal in Saint Mark Cemetery.
