Marie J. CassidyMarie J. Cassidy of Levittown passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 8, 2018 with her family by her side. She was 88.Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Cassidy resided in Levittown where she was an original homeowner in the Highland Park section for 61 years. She was a devoted member of Queen of the Universe Catholic Church.Family was the core of her life and her memory will be forever cherished by her three children, Dale (Anna) Cassidy, Cheryl (Tom) Otto, Greg (Nancy) Cassidy; eight grandchildren, Kristin, Rena, Gregory, Gary, Ryan, Casey, Kevin and Tyler; five great grandchildren; and her beloved sister-in-law, Lynn, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.Marie's family also extends special thanks to the caring staff at Chandler Hall Hospice whose constant guidance, compassion and support is deeply appreciated.Family and friends are invited to call from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at Queen of the Universe Church, 2443 Trenton Rd.,, Levittown where her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am.
